You can remove local Deep Space Extraction Authority (“DSEA”) data yourself or ask us to delete service data associated with your installation or purchases.
Delete data on your device
- Open DSEA and go to Settings.
- Use the reset and snapshot controls to remove game progress, recovery snapshots, and the local analytics log.
- Uninstalling DSEA also normally removes local app data, subject to Android backup settings.
Delete Google Play Games data
Play Games profile and Saved Games data are controlled by Google. Open the Google Play Games settings for DSEA to remove its saved-game record or manage your Play Games profile data.
Request deletion from DSEA services
- Email support@funfatstudios.com with the subject DSEA data deletion request.
- Include your Play Games display name and, for purchase records, any relevant Google Play order number. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
- We will verify the request and delete data we control in PostHog and RevenueCat where it can be associated with the supplied identifiers.
Deleted service data may include anonymous analytics events, anonymous installation identifiers, purchase history, transaction state, and entitlement records. Financial records that Google, RevenueCat, or we must retain for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, or legal obligations may be retained only for the required period. Google-controlled advertising and Play account data must be managed through the corresponding Google account controls.
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete valid requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is legally required.
For more information, read the DSEA Privacy & Data Notice.
