Game license
Mody Associates grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use DSEA for entertainment. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with the service, or use the game fraudulently.
Progress and virtual items
Credits, resources, shards, upgrades, and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the game. Balance, availability, and progression may change as the game is updated.
Purchases and rewarded ads
Starter packs are optional one-time digital purchases processed through Google Play. Pricing, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by Google Play’s applicable terms. Rewarded ads are optional and grant only the reward shown in the game after successful completion.
Availability and saved progress
DSEA is provided on an “as available” basis. Local recovery and Google Play Games backup reduce the risk of lost progress but are not an absolute guarantee. Keep the app updated and verify cloud synchronization before changing devices or removing local data.
Updates and responsibility
We may update these terms, game systems, or online integrations. To the extent permitted by law, Mody Associates is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from game use, service interruption, or lost virtual progress. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
